Steve Williams and Derek Haas attended the Queensland Resources Council annual Luncheon in Brisbane on the 25th of November. This event is the largest annual gathering of industry participants from around the Queensland resources sector.
There was a panel discussion by industry leaders and an address by the Premier, with plenty of opportunity for open discussion.
The key message delivered from this event was how large a part the resources sector plays in our day to day lives, from the minerals used in modern technology through to how the industry supports our regional areas.
