Welcon follows the traditional and proven lightning protection methodologies as defined in AS1768. Our smart young engineers have developed a 3D Modelling system, based on AutoCAD 3D, to visually demonstrate the coverage provided by the Rolling Sphere method of protection. Most of the programming was undertaken by Luke Linwood, and the system is now being further refined so that our clients can readily see the effectiveness of the lightning protection systems that we have designed for their facilities.
